ABOUT THIS COURSE
This is a theme based painting course suitable ideally for painters with some experience although this is not essential. Students may work in the medium of their choice i.e. oils, watercolours, acrylics, mixed media, and may well find they are tempted to try new materials. They will be encouraged to make their own personal journey exploring the elements of manipulating a two dimensional surface considering spatial illusion and scale, projection and perspective, form and tonality, illumination and colour, to create an illusion of a third dimension to express their ideas.
