Course Description: A drawing and printmaking course for beginners and for those with some experience. the students will explore drawing skills such as; line, form, perspective and more, using various mark making tools such as; pencil, charcoal, ink and pastel.
An additional stage is introduced in the process of printmaking. The students will learn how to produce an edition and learn the processes of: Monoprint, Collagraph, Lino cut and Drypoint. References are made to historical and contemporary artists.

You can choose your own medium and either concentrate on a specific aspect such as portraiture or cover a variety of topics including still life and urban landscapes. This is a new course concept and designed to be both challenging and fun!
