Coourse Description: This class is intended for beginners and experienced artists alike.
Over the 10-week course we discuss the basics of drawing the head including accuracy and observation.
The emphasis is on drawing from life; initially this is achieved from studying the work of great portrait artists past and present and working from photographs as well as experienced portrait models. Experienced male or female
models will feature in five sessions during each ten week term.

Lets start at the beginning 'a very good place to start' A portrait drawing class over ten weeks with a model every other week. A 'back to basics class 'studying the face' using charcoal, chalk, pastel, pencil and pen. Beginners most welcome. Models will feature in five sessions during each ten week term.
