Terms & Conditions1. Courses vary in length but are typically around 11 weeks per term. There are three terms per year starting in September, January and April. Classes last between one and half hours (junior) and five hours depending on the type of course.2. A full course costs between £160 and £350 per term3. To join a class after the course has started (subject to availability) you will only be required to pay for the remaining sessions. 4. If you want to join a course but know in advance that you cannot attend all the sessions, there is a 10% premium. To qualify for this option, you must enrol for more than half the number of classes in the term. Please note that the premium is applied to the standard hourly rate.5. If you decide not to attend a course (before it begins) and have already paid a deposit we will not refund the deposit. If your circumstances change before the course starts and you want to transfer your deposit either to a different course (same term) or to the following termyou can do this and there will be no penalty.6. If you have already paid for your course in full and then due to circumstances cannot attend you will only be entitle to a partial refund:Cancellation more than 2 weeks before the start of the course – 75% refund. Cancellation less than 2 weeks before the start of the course – 50% refund.7. If you have already paid for your course in full and then due to circumstances wish to transfer your payment to the following term there will be a charge:-Request to transfer – less than 2 weeks before the start of the course – £40 Request to transfer – more than 2 weeks before the start of the course – £25UPDATED : March 2024
