ABOUT THIS WORKSHOP
A Summer painting event not to be missed! This 2 day workshop is set in a beautiful location offering a gorgeous view from Marlow Lock towards Marlow Bridge. Day 1 of the workshop offers the opportunity to walk from the lock along the riverside to the grounds of All Saints Church and the bridge itself revealing many hidden places for sketching opportunities.
Day 2 will be dedicated to studio work in Beaconsfield, creating a painting based on your sketch book material and photos from your day out. You will complete a finished painting (or more!) in the medium of your choice, under tutor guidance with one to one tuition tips.
GENERAL INFORMATION
Day 1 – sketch book, pencils and/or soft pastels/ink or watercolour travel box. Camera or an ipad / iphone for taking photographs.
Day 2 studio work – students can choose from oils, acrylics, pastels or watercolour/gouache.
