Digital Photography for Beginners

Saturday 23 July 2016, 10:00 – 16:00
Venue: artsmart Studio, Thame
Tutor: John Harrad
Cost: £40

Workshop Content
These 1-day workshops are aimed at those who are struggling with the complexities of learning about digital photography. The tutor will explain how to make the most of whatever camera you have, how to take good images, and some errors to try and avoid with your image making. You will also be shown what you can do with the images on your computer mainly using using a programme called Picasa, which is a free download and is very user friendly. It would be helpful (but not essential) if you had access to a laptop and could bring it with you with Picasa already loaded. If not then access to a computer would be helpful at some point. The town of Thame will be used as a stimulus for our image making, and you will take home prints from your own camera (using our printer) at the end of the day.
